Worship on the Steps of History: Message Tabernacle & MB Virtual Choir at the Lincoln Memorial

Worship on the Steps of History: Message Tabernacle & MB Virtual Choir at the Lincoln Memorial

Message Tabernacle and Message Believers Virtual Choir (MB Virtual Choir) are entering into a partnership in 2026. We are taking worship beyond the four walls of the church.

We will gather following the Youth Banquet and the Night of Worship. This gathering will be at a historic and symbolic landmark in the United States. We will meet at the Abraham Lincoln Memorial in Washington, D.C. to lift our voices in praise.

This will not be a performance.
It will be a declaration.

Why the Lincoln Memorial?

The Lincoln Memorial represents:

  • Freedom
  • Unity
  • Moral conviction
  • Leadership grounded in principle

President Abraham Lincoln stood for national healing during one of the most divided periods in American history. As believers, we gather at this site not for political symbolism, but to proclaim a higher truth:

True freedom begins in Christ.

Singing on those steps is a reminder that worship belongs everywhere. It belongs in churches, in homes, and even in the public square.

What to Expect

This will be an organized yet organic worship gathering featuring:

  • Choral harmonies led by MB Virtual Choir
  • Acoustic guitar and violin accompaniment
  • Mixed voices of young adults from diverse backgrounds
  • Hymns and worship songs centered on Christ
  • A reverent, modest, and dignified presentation

Tourists and visitors will naturally observe. Some may pause. Some may record. Some may simply listen.

Our goal is not attention — it is testimony.

A Generation Unashamed

The visual will be powerful:

Young men, properly dressed in long sleeves and trousers.
Young women, modestly dressed in long skirts.
Voices lifted without embarrassment.
Hearts aligned in worship.

In a culture of noise, confusion, and spectacle, this will be quiet strength.

A generation standing publicly for faith — respectfully, joyfully, and peacefully.

The Broader Vision

This Lincoln Memorial visit symbolizes three core commitments of the Message Tabernacle–MB Virtual Choir partnership:

  1. Faith in Public Life – Worship is not confined to private spaces.
  2. Youth Leadership – The next generation must boldly yet respectfully represent Christ.
  3. Excellence with Reverence – Our presentation reflects our message.

This moment will be documented and shared as part of our digital ministry expansion, reaching believers across regions and nations.

How You Can Participate

We invite you to be part of this historic moment.

You can participate by:

  • Joining the choir delegation
  • Supporting logistically or financially
  • Attending in person to stand in unity
  • Praying for spiritual impact
  • Sharing the vision with your network

If you are a young adult who desires to sing, we welcome you. If you want to play an instrument, we welcome you. If you prefer to simply stand in support, we welcome you.

Further details regarding timing, rehearsal coordination, and participation guidelines will be announced soon.

A Call to Action

This is more than an event.
It is an opportunity to witness faith expressed with dignity in a place known worldwide.

If you believe worship should not be hidden…
If you believe the next generation must stand boldly…
If you believe Christ should be honored in every sphere…

Then stand with us.

Let us gather.
Let us sing.
Let us testify.

One Voice. One Message. One Lord.

We look forward to worshiping together — in the sanctuary and on the steps of history.
